Quadrum Capital acquires stake in LensOnline

9Corporate advised Quadrum Capital, a Dutch private equity firm, on the acquisition of a stake in LensOnline, a Belgian online supplier of contact lenses. LensOnline, founded in 2004, is active in Belgium, the Netherlands and Italy where they work with a large network of over 250 independent partner opticians. With the partnership with Quadrum Capital, LensOnline hopes to realize its plans for further European expansion, further focus on e-commerce and next steps in the field of eye care.
