Unident acquires Hofmeester

9Corporate advised the shareholders of Hofmeester, a Dutch dental wholesaler, to Unident, a Swedish distributor of dental consumables and equipment as well as a provider of lab services and dental analytics software on the Nordic market. The formation of the new group consisting of ADT, Unident, a Dutch supplier for dental professionals and Hofmeester will drive synergies within product categories and new offerings, as well as providing a platform for further expansion throughout Europe.
